Foreclosure Solutions Workshop
Foreclosure Solutions Workshop on Saturday, March 17, 2012 in Baltimore City from 9:15 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.hosted by the Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc.’s Tau Eta Zeta Chapter. The workshop will be held at Dayspring Head Start, 5010 Bowleys Lane, Baltimore, MD, 21206.
Homeowners should pre-register for the workshop by calling the Pro Bono Resource Center at (800) 396-1274 ext. 3050. Homeowners do not need to be in foreclosure to obtain a consultation with a volunteer attorney at this event. Homeowners should bring all paperwork related to current and former mortgages, including loan applications, settlement paperwork, and lender statements. Homeowners should also bring information about their monthly household budget (income/expenses) and a copy of any default/foreclosure notices.
